Meet Tracy Anderson Method trainer Anna Kaiser!

Anna Kaiser is more than a teacher of the Tracy Anderson Method. She is a protege of the Method and works very closely with Tracy. Anna is the director of the Private Training Program and is a guest teacher at the New York and Los Angeles studios. Daily, Anna sweats the Tracy Anderson Method out as she trains some of the most well known bodies in the world. Anna is also one of four of Tracy's Master Trainers to appear is Tracy's new beginner dance aerobics DVD. 

A California native, she graduated from UC Irvine with a BFA in Dance and a BA in Drama. As a performer, she has performed in Carnegie Hall, on the Broadway stage in New York, and in more than a dozen shows all over the country.

Anna traveled nationally with the cast of Swing Dance America, and was featured in the international tour of Fame!

Ever seen the movie Enchanted with Amy Adams? You may have spotted Anna as a principal dancer. Anna also danced and assisted with the choreography for Shakira's latest video, "She Wolf."

From M&M commercials to Saturday Night Fever, Anna's covered almost the entire spectrum of show business. Now she is bringing her years of dance training and her love of performing to help teach the Tracy Anderson Method to people like you.
